and aluminum pieces should be gently hand-washed and dried immediately; avoid abrasive cleaners.

Can Rustic Stone products be gift wrapped?
Yes, we offer gift boxes at Rs. 150 per box. Gift-wrapped items can be shipped directly to recipients. Please

Ordering, Shipping & Payment FAQs
Does Rustic Stone offer delivery across India?
Yes, we ship pan-India with eco-conscious and secure packaging.
Does Rustic Stone charge for shipping?
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping cost is based
on the total order value. For order value less than Rs. 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 150 is applicable,
above that shipping is free. Moreover, for certain non-metro states, there is a flat fee of Rs. 150 regardless

How do I track my order?
After you have placed your order, we will send you an email for order confirmation. You can track your
placed order via the link provided in the same email.
Can I cancel a product that I just ordered?
You can cancel your order at any time within 24 hours of placing the order by reaching out to the
customer care service at +91 88820 65253 or emailing us on hello@shoprusticstone.com. However, if the
order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. For more details, please see our Cancellation &

Can I place bulk or customized orders?
Yes, we cater to bulk and customized orders for businesses, events, and retailers. Please connect via

What is the return or exchange policy?
The products qualify for returns only if:
The product(s) delivered does not match the user’s order; or
The size of the product is different; or
The product(s) delivered were damaged.
The user shall ensure that the product to be returned remains unused. The tags and the packaging of
the product are also to be kept intact and untampered by the User.
The products that do not qualify for return are:
The products that have been altered or used; or
If the batch number of the product does not match as mentioned in the invoice; or
Products of home décor or any larger items (any item which is larger than 1 metre in any one
dimension, or weighs more than 5 kilograms).
Once we receive the product in our warehouse and check for damages, a store credit of the same
amount will be issued valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Currently, we offer partial COD. Prepaid orders receive an additional 2% discount.
