Shipping policy

At Rustic Stone, we partner with reputed courier & logistic companies for quick and safe delivery of your order all over India.

For all orders less than Rs. 999, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 100 is applicable.
Once your order is ready, it will be dispatched within 24 hours.
Shipping within India takes 4-6 business days.
For bulk orders, timelines may vary.

Although we try our best to provide timely deliveries, there may be slight delays due to unforeseen circumstances and factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, etc.

Please note that we are not liable for any delays resulting from errors made by the courier company. We will help you, within our capacity, in tracking down and acquiring your package.

As soon as your package is shipped, we will notify you & drop you an email with all the shipping details, including the tracking number and/or link.

Once the package reaches its destination, our courier partner will reach out to you and attempt to deliver the package a maximum of 3 times, after which your order will be cancelled and returned to us.

Unfortunately, we won’t be able to process any refund in case of 3 failed delivery attempts and/or refusal of the package at your doorstep.
